I had such an incredible experience at KFC, I felt compelled to leave a review. I stopped in during a very stressful moment—my sister was in labor with triplets—and we were having issues with the online ordering system, which led to multiple orders being placed by mistake. When I came in to sort everything out, I was greeted by Nichelle, the manager on duty, and she was absolutely amazing. Nichelle was patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. This location is fast, friendly, gets your order correct ☑️, this is 1 of my favorite KFC locations. The only thing I can say is KFC is extremely over priced, but most fast food chains are
