We placed an order and got half of what we paid for so we turned around and asked for the rest of our order and got chewed out by the worker who took our order. It wasn't a big deal until she was absolutely RUDE for NO reason. Super disappointed. The food was good but the customer service sucks.
I didn't know I had to ask for honey for my biscuits, didn't get sauce for my tenders, didn't get spoons for the mashed potatoes. Wondering why you stopped selling the $7 fill ups as well.
Used to be an awesome place to get a burger or chicken, dont know of it changed managers but I ate in whitehall and had to puke by twin.
The young lady at the drive through window was very courteous, helpful, patient and kind. I arrived right before closing time and she was patient and helpful. A star employee. Today Friday July 18th 2025 She should be training employees Thank you KFC for the 5 star treatment!
