The service was speedy. They were very accommodating to substitutions. The food was as expected. The cleanliness of the restaurant left a little more to be desired. Many tables were quite dirty. My napkin stuck to the table when I tried to wipe it off. Trip two: Our order was messed up but resolved quickly. The men's restroom was absolutely disgusting. Tee seating area was much tidier than our first visit.
The staff is friendly and the food was fresh. However the building needs some serious love. It's very apparent they have a roof issue. There were 2 employees scrubbing down the dining room, but the place is past the point of just needing a good scrub.
The customer service sucked. Three workers in there who focused more on the drive through than the people in the restaurant. No knowledgement or greeting to us coming in. They came to the counter to clear the drive through screen and still not acknowledge us standing there. We waited and waited until someone came to then want to rush take our order.
