Ive had great experience at the anna kfc. Production has definitely improved, and the quality of the food was great.
My family and I stopped here recently and we all love KFC but this was the worst experience we've ever had the chicken was clearly undercooked and when brought to management's attention they didn't seem to care and while leaving I found 4 employees smoking what seemed to be a blunt right outside the store glad your employees are high just wish I could say the same for the temp on my family's chicken. Will never be eating here again.
I'm not sure there is a decent KFC anywhere anymore. Service ?.. no one ever came to the counter. 3 workers either just looked at us from the back of the house or walked right past us. I was excited to see a KFC since they have all gone away from where I live, I see it's a dying franchise here as well. Too bad too, KFC has a rich history behind it,and now, it no longer stands alone.
