Kinda skeleton crew at night but the guy was nice. Just a bit busy with orders but Chicken didn't taste as good as last time coleslaw tasted funny. Might visit the Taco Bell side next time instead
Worst experience ever. Ordered the 7pc meal special and it was HORRIBLE. Chicken looked and taste like it had been refired. It was also salty and full of grease. Biscuits were hard. Should've stuck with my 1st mind because I stopped eating at this location over a year ago when my order got messed up. SEND HELP because this is the worst store ever.
went to KFC in Anna Il today the food was great.the chicken was great havnt had that good of chicken in a long time .the service was great and the people where friendly and respectful.
They forgot to give us one of the two biscuit orders we paid for, the drive thru employee was rude, and they slathered mayonnaise on both sides of my hot honey chicken sandwich, making it pretty disgusting.
