They forgot to give us one of the two biscuit orders we paid for, the drive thru employee was rude, and they slathered mayonnaise on both sides of my hot honey chicken sandwich, making it pretty disgusting.
The morning cook dose a great job the food is always fresh and cooked all the way when he is there keep up the good work
Went to KFC in Anna Illinois for food and I was really pleased with the food as well as the service. It's a really great place to eat at. The people were friendly and respectful and the food was finger licking good. I will be back to eat soon
Molly is doing a great job on running the store . Allan the cook is Amazon on making sure his food is cooked the right way .Pagie is a great worker as well most of the ppl there are super friendly keep up the good work yall
This was BY FAR the worst experience we've ever had at a KFC restaurant. The wait was long, with few customers.. the chicken was as dry as the Sahara desert (strips and thighs).. the slaw was also dry (no juice in mine whatsoever).. The tea was empty. As well as the Dr Pepper..The soda lines were mixed up (diet Pepsi coming out of the regular Pepsi dispenser)..
