Pesimo servicio, en el Drive Tru se escuchaba pesimo, el chico moreno con cabellos largos anudados me atendio con actitud de burla, riendose de que me queje de que se escuchaba mal. Me dieron las servilletas de mala manera, todas arrugadas, que mal entrenado esta el personal de alli, al menos este chico, NO SABE Atender al PÚBLICO y encima se burla. Ojala nunca tenga que volver a este KFC.
I’ve never been to a fast food drive-through that told me I couldn’t add something to my order at the window. The gentleman told me that he couldn’t add one piece of chicken to my order that I have to go back in line to re-order because they don’t have time to take my order. I couldn’t believe what he had said.
