Placed an online order for pickup ahead, giving them over 30 minutes to have the food ready, get to the scheduled time to be told they never started it, and it would be 45 minutes until they can have chicken ready. The store was empty except 1 customer, it's not like they where busy.
The food just isn't the same and that isn't just this location. I was told they don't use shortening anymore which makes the chicken crisper. I might return to this location. The service was friendly and courteous.
Food was okay. Cashier forgot to give us our food because she got on her cell phone and went outside. But one of the cooks took care of us.
Placed an order 20min out for pickup, got there and was told they were completely out of chicken and it'd be another 20min wait for a new batch. Waited the 20min only to be told they were completely out of what I ordered. I keep trying to give this location another chance and it's the same crap every time. Save your money and go somewhere else!
