03/18/2026- Chicken Fried Steak Wednesday around Dinner and Chicken Fried Steak we're not fresh, biscuits were hard, will not be going back to this location, always a let down. Kfc is falling further and further down. The workers their hiring is always the reason why these places are loosing more customers every day....
After we lost our sister, we come to Lubbock to check on her husband and son - we want to make sure they are eating! We stopped at this KFC and although we are a bit scatterbrained while deciding, the manager was working at the counter and was very patient with us. In the past, there were times we avoided KFC for various reasons. This time was awesome. The restaurant was clean, even the drink station, and the food was fresh, and hot.
Waiting 12/15 minutes for 3 tenders.... 6 cars left in me waiting I go inside the managers addresses the problem makes the food in front of me by now theres another customer at the window wanting the same order so now hes debating on who to give it to he chooses to give it to me he bags the food sets in on the counter mind you ive been waiting now for sure 20 minutes just walk it to me literally just hand me the bag ill leave I watch this bag sit and sit and sit mind you 2 other workers are like what you waiting for ?
