I visited the Wooster location in August 2025. I attempted to place my order wit the KFC app. I was having difficulty. When I went inside the restaurant, I was greeted very warmly by a staff named Nikki. I asked for her help with the app, and she was AMAZING! The app was giving her trouble too, but she didn’t give up. She kept trying and then when it wouldn’t work, she found a way to make it work by placing the order the old fashion way ( at the register). I completely enjoyed my interaction with her. The side dishes were so small it cant feed a family of four. The restaurant was surprisingly empty for it being lunch rush.
