Can't comment about atmosphere, did not go inside.
Ordered a 3 piece meal. 2 sides and a drink. I get home and open the box. No chicken. I called they said there would be a replacement to just give them my name. All they would replace was the 3 pieces of chicken. Not my meal. To get the meal i wanted would have cost me another $9. Tyne next time I feel a need for fried chicken with mashed potatoes and slaw I will find somewhere else.
Placed on online order they were busy but very nice and attentive. We just waited knowing it was alot of food to prepare the lady preparing everything was so nice and sweet. Worth the wait everything was hot . Very nice experience. Thank you.
