They could do better seems like every time I order for pick up or door dash they never give me butter or honey or utensils and napkins I think it should be a given they. Don’t have butter and honey on the menu to order it

Very rude staff. My brother in law told them that he had an order for “Thomas” The manager there at the time told them that she didn’t have an order for “Tommy” someone else came and told him that they had no mobile orders and THEN we we’re finally able to get the order when the First Lady (who was a manager) rudely told them that “specifics matters” whenever he told them the first time that it was for “Thomas” on top of that the gave us the wrong drinks and proceeded not to answer the phone

They're famous bowl's are good and affordable.. KFC downtown Wooster is highly recommended

Got the 11$ feast box , asked for Pepsi got diet Pepsi, the chicken looks old and or the oil needs changed. Fries cold.... im not gonna even finish this. 4/06/26 . Around 2:45 p.m.. im getting to the point wear im gonna be done with eating out. All these restaurants all got employees that put in zero effort, and their is a lack of proper management, i hope i don't get sick from the little bit of the sandwich I did eat.
