We bought 2 famous bowls. In the past, they have been good. We haven't eaten there for awhile. This time, it wasn't worth the money. They definitely weren't fresh. The chicken was old,tough, subpar. The gravy was almost nonexistent, if you could even call it gravy, mashed potatoes were tasteless. Can't comment about atmosphere, did not go inside.
Ordered a 3 piece meal. 2 sides and a drink. I get home and open the box. No chicken. I called they said there would be a replacement to just give them my name. All they would replace was the 3 pieces of chicken. Not my meal. To get the meal i wanted would have cost me another $9. Tyne next time I feel a need for fried chicken with mashed potatoes and slaw I will find somewhere else.
