Ordered pick up. It wasn't ready after 20 minutes had to wait another 5min. They forgot my 12 pc nuggets in the family meal, and the fries were so old, and cold they were hard. Drove 30 minutes home before we realized so I called right away was told they can send a voucher in the mail. Not even an apology.
I found the staff to be very diligent, friendly & attentive. The food was very good, too. Also, the dining area was in great shape. I had not visited a KFC for several years and was glad to have a chance to stop in for dinner here.
It's a KFC. Gave service 5 stars because this one seems to consistently faster every time I eat there. Service is always faster than the McD across town.
Sign on door says lobby closes at 8 pm. Doors were locked as of 7pm Sunday 12/14.
