Staff member was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE (for no reason at all!) Unfortunately, This is the only kfc for miles but I won’t be back. Smh

Rachelle Dontia's attitude is the worst by far in any customer service fast food joint. I told her over the speaker what I wanted and she repeated it correctly back. I paid and checked the order. The order was completely wrong. This location always messes up. I waited 3 mins for her to come to the window and once I told her nicely that my order was wrong she started yelling at me. Cool.
