I can’t rate the food because I denied their food. Three of the white servers were outside when I arrived they went in as I pulled up not washing their hand I asked if they could they looked at me as if to say, “ WHO ARE YOU?” So I declined the service! NASTY, went to Callaway not much difference, but the manager did fix my food!!! TO KFC TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!

So really I give zero stars. I ordered DoorDash and they basically gave me the wrong food and then they were talking shit saying that they did not care about DoorDash orders in front of the customers in the lobby and the food that they did give me was burnt do better.

I paid extra for two white meat breast,,,,and mashed potatoes. I got home to see I had thighs a leg,,,,and corn!!!!! What a mess this place is,,,,,

Trust the reviews Folks do not try to go there and get food. They are completely incompetent. The drive up speaker has been broken for weeks. Says pull to the window. When you get to the window and they finally decided to come talk to you, they say, yeah, everything is down and they can't take the order without going in. Went inside to take the order and was told they had too many orders, not taking anymore. orders. I told them to keep their chicken. I'll go to popeye's. Manager was not apologetic, got a big attitude.

The AC hasn’t worked here in months absolute nightmare I just hope none of the employees have had a heat stroke in these conditions
