Manager was quite rude. I walked up to counter to get my food and she pulled away the other food with attitude as if I would try to steal it. Then proceeded to reprimand the front counter attendant who was sweeping the dining area for not helping a lady who disappeared into the bathroom when her food was ready. That same attendant held the door for the elderly lady and was very nice. They should switch positions.
We asked about the catering menu was told.. (am busy) and walked away..
Placed online order. Gave them adequate time for order to be completed (we ordered crispy chicken bucket). We showed up and we were told that the order was already picked up. We mentioned we have not picked up the order so someone else must have taken it. We were told there's nothing they can do but call the 1800 number. Asked for the three piece meal with all legs and was told in an ugly manner that's what you got. Got home and no legs in sight. She was very rude, enough so I think I would just skip going to this place ever again
