Clean restaurant, friendly service, dirty bathroom.
Had a horrible experience with customer service on the app and the 800-number, but the manager made everything the way we needed it for my dad’s 92nd birthday party. Even though they were short-stafffed that day, the crew gave each customer the feeling of their complete attention. Food quality was excellent—and I’m picky because I worked at KFC for 3 1/2 years ages ago and ate the stuff 6 days a week. Bought our food and noting was said and floor needed cleaned and mop big time was vert clean in general and was sticky toand bathroom was dirty as hell to This place is going down hill big time
Updating since quality has fallen on its face. Service has went slow which i can handle but food is very inconsistent and constantly forgetting things. Getting to where you cant trust it. Next trip man in the drive thru claims it is burger king and proceeds to intentionally put my order in wrong and try to make me wear his burger king crown. I don't know what standards this company has set in place but this isn't proper service.
