great food and great management the new manager here has great energy glad to see a great kfc again
Haven't been here in quite awhile due to many previous bad experiences. However my kid really wanted some chicken so I decided to go. I will say it was a far better experience. The service was fast and they were very friendly. My food was hot, fresh and accurate. And the wait was not long at all. Will definitely be going back soon. If you haven't been here in awhile for the same reasons I haven't I definitely recommend going and giving them another chance.
The hot wings were good flavor but not crispy. The service was great! Really nice people!
This is by far the best KFC we have ever been too. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Our Cole slaw was cold, chrisp, and fresh. Biscuits were warm and very fresh. The most outstanding thing about this location was the employees, they all smiled, thanked us for our business. The dining and restrooms were clean. Highly recommend the KFC in Salem Illinois.
