The lady was nice but the communication is lacking if you pull someone in drive-thru please just tell them why it would stop customers from being mad the food was great but I used to manage one of these its so much easier to just talk to ur customer! Thank for making the right food and the lady that took my order and helped me is super nice!
I didn’t even get to order for fear my food would be spat in. I waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes and, with no other cars behind me, I was told drive thru was close. I responded “what do u mean, I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes.” At that point a hateful voice came over the intercom and said “you literally just pulled up,” where I responded, “yes because I’ve been waiting in line.” She still refused to take my order so asked for corporates number and was told she didn’t have it. Ordered ahead, still had to wait about 20 minutes. Told us the drive thru window is closed. Forced all customers to walk inside. Got the order wrong and food was stale. Awful.
