Every single time I’ve been to the KFC in Leesville I have gotten old, cold, crusty soggy food. It’s actually ridiculous how terrible it is EVERY SINGLE TIME. I order the exact same thing at other locations and it’s phenomenal, but not in Leesville. My fries weren’t even in a holder, just tossed into the box, cold and soggy. They taste as though they’ve been sitting there for way longer than any acceptable holding time.
Very friendly,food was great. lot better then the kfcs in Shreveport that swear and yell in front of customers.
Most of the food was right but I had to go back in because I was missing my Large side of Gravy and sauces with my food the manger said he put a small side of gravy in a single bag the only thing in the bag was potato wedges and i made sure to triple check all of my food before I went inside to get the things I was missing. stopped by for a quick meal, but it was honestly one of the worst experiences I have had at this chain. The place was incredibly messy, with trash left on several tables and the floor feeling sticky under my feet. To make matters worse, the food was lukewarm and looked like it had been sitting out for a long time, and the staff seemed completely unbothered by the state of the dining area. I will definitely be skipping this location next time I am in the area.
