Horrible food and food service. Do NOT waste your time or money. I would have canceled if not already paid for order online. Cold chicken, hot coleslaw, wrong drink and it was ready 1 hr after ordered not 20-30 minutes.
We went through the drive thru and it’s been over 30 minutes and we still haven’t got our food….
WORST customer service experience I have EVER encountered. Not a kind soul in that place. They are rude as ever! I waited nearly 40 minutes for my food outside. Mind you I only had two things… and I was told my food would be brought to me. It wasn’t. So I called the store asking if they would bring my food out still because I had my children with me and did not want to leave them in the car.
