WORST customer service experience I have EVER encountered. Not a kind soul in that place. They are rude as ever! I waited nearly 40 minutes for my food outside. Mind you I only had two things… and I was told my food would be brought to me. It wasn’t. So I called the store asking if they would bring my food out still because I had my children with me and did not want to leave them in the car. Generally am a really big fan of KFC and fast food, but received non existent customer service from this particular location that was WAY less competent and responsive than KFC's in other places I have driven to. These people are so massively incompetent that they need to be FIRED!
