They completely got my order wrong, missing items and half of my tenders mixed with chicken breast, didn't get a pot pie, missing 8 piece nuggets, for a chicken sandwich I didn't order but it looks like it's a day old. By the time I got home and checked it i threw it away and will order Uber eats instead of dealing with incompetent employees. I heard kfc went down hill but this was ridiculous. Shut this store down.
Great food and service
Out of every kind of chicken except for one selection...thighs!!? Poor or no management. You could tell, the employees were humiliated/embarrassed to be working there! Will not visit this location ever again. Bad on you franchise owner.
Dinner time. Store empty. Busy drive thru. Ordered 4 pc honey barbq tenders meal and a 3 pc original chicken meal. Got home 4 pc tenders were original and receipt says two sauces that weren't asked for or in the bag. Called to complain and spoke to Geronomo. Was asked who took the order.
