Just had a disappointing visit to the Bandera store. I ordered and use the schedule option for my pickup. I arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled time and was told to park. They would bring out the food as soon as it was ready. That was the first red flag. What was the point of ordering on-line if the store won't have the order ready? I waited 20 minutes in the parking lot and finally went to the drive through window. I asked for my money back but the clerk said he couldn't do that. I spent over $14 on two drinks and two small sides. I was severely disappointed at the pricing and the quality of the food. The mashed potatoes were too hot, to the point where my tongue almost got burnt. The coleslaw was as cold as ice.
It was over a year I had not returned, the staff needs help. They were courteous but seemed they were new. They did try , they were very busy, long line drive thru and inside. I paid at 2:05pm. They asked me to park, it was 2:44pm , I walked inside and said still waiting. They gave me my bag, I asked, this is the one with 8pc. Girl said yes. Ice machine broke and ordered 2 drinks and they didnt even let us know. So we get to the window and we have warm soda. We asked "no ice?!?!" He replies, watchable do! Will never go back to that place.
I ordered a large side and received a container hardly filled. I’m sick of paying more and getting less for my money 😒
