My wife and I wanted some food after a hard day of work. Drove past this KFC and decided we wanted to get food from them. However, we did not get to have our food and had our money stolen. Staff was shady and would not give us our receipts. When ask to issue a refund they denied having charged us and said that it was declined. My wife and I will not bring giving any patronage to this or any KFC location for the foreseeable future.
Second time here food is never fresh. Placed an order online as I was parked outside once it said ready for pick up I went to get it food was all cold. The lady inside argued told me she made it awhile ago and was sitting for pick up I said how can thta be when the app said ready for pick up and I went in the second jt told me. She sounded upset and didn’t even give me my sauces. Ridiculous second time I came and food wasn’t even fresh I gave them the whole bag and asked for fresh food and she got mad.
