I got original chicken buckets. The chicken looked like it had been stuff in the fryer and the skin where it was stuck together was soggy and not done. We had to pull the skin off to eat the chicken. :( The sides were good and the service was polite, but not sure Ill be ordering large amounts of chicken from there again. :(
Great place, staff was great, food was Hot and fresh. Well worth the visit. We return again when in town
Staff was very nice. Can't go wrong with KFC fried chicken.
Very disappointed with the service here. There was a very large livestock show nearby, that we were coming from. 18 month old crying in the car and 50 minutes to drive home. 23 minute wait, in the drive thru for our food order…which was a 3 pc chicken meal and 3 chicken tenders. No one offered to comp anything or add anything for a bonus for the 23 minute wait. Most def will not be a return customer.
I had placed an online order around 2pm. Pick up was to be 3pm. Showed up on time. Didn't get my food til 315p. While standing there I watched an employee filling in house an to go orders. While doing so, same employee, places the chicken in the box with tongs then bare handed arranges the chicken in the box. So I simple asked staff if that's my order ur filling I'd appreciate u wear gloves while handling my food. The employee got defensive an States I didn't touch the food an we are not required to wear gloves. Blew my mind... read more
