They could use a few lessons in customer service...when you have an entire front of store full of customers, don't just turn your back and ignore them...let people know you're behind and it's gonna be a while before you get your food. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't say anything but, waiting 45 minutes for an online order (saying 5-15 ready time online) is a bit of a wait... They had enough people complaining and moaning, I didn't want to add to their stress...
My hot wings are back!!!! Please dont take them off the menu
