Getting food here consistently takes 20-60 minutes to receive, even when placed ahead of time. On this particular visit, we arrived and were told they are out of popcorn chicken, which is fine, that happens sometimes. The issue is that when we asked them to cancel the order so we could go to another KFC to get the food, they got snippy with us and said we had to call their 1-800 number to request a refund. This was hands‑down one of the worst fast‑food experiences I’ve ever had. My order took almost 45 minutes, and when I finally asked about it, I was told it was “already completed” even though nothing was ready. There was no management anywhere, and the staff spent more time standing around than actually working. Orders were wrong, items were missing, and the shift lead couldn’t care less — their response was basically a big “oh well.” This location is a mess.
