The chicken was gross and soggy, 24 dollars for 8 pieces and couldn’t even eat one piece it was so gross and a waste of money
I went to the trouble of setting up my order on the app, only to have it say that the location is only taking advance orders. I ordered at the drive through, they were “out of filets” 20 minutes before closing but told me they’d use chicken fingers on my sandwich. It fell apart in my car and made a mess. The chicken fingers weren’t fresh. The service at the window clearly cared only about ending her shift. blech.
I love KFC but if that would've been my first experience, I'd never eat there again. Food didn't taste good and the next day I didn't feel well, I think something wasn't right and made me sick.
Female manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. Can hear how she talks to her employees so I’m not surprised about service. Everyone else is friendly. Food is 50/50.
