Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 of the 2 pc meals. Was not asked if light or dark meat. When I got to the window I asked for both meals to be light meat. Was informed no light meat was going to be available in original or crispy “for the rest of the night”. Was not told what drinks were which. That’s fine, I can taste them and figure it out. Thwre is no customer service. The food came out looking burnt. And when I mentioned it, I was told it's because the chicken is marinated. Ummm no it's a bit burnt. Now the cleanliness is out the window. Most of the tables were dirty. And the floor is so slick in the lobby and in the bathroom. The counter for the drinks and condiments were filthy. Im almost scared to eat the food. And not to mentioned there are only 2 employees to be saw on the building. Would have gave no stars but it wont let u. Definitely will not come bac... read more

First off, the service was great. No issues there. However the food has gone downhill over the years and that’s not fault of our amazing service workers. Mashed potatoes balls were borderline empty despite being fried fresh. Chicken tenders were okay. Also they’re overpriced now along with everything else at this point. Other than that, sweet guys who work in there.

Nice crew got my order in a timely manner. But down Sadie was the air situation. Was warm on the inside do to ac but great experience.
