The employee that I interacted with was very friendly, professional, helpful and understanding. I was having an issue with their app and he was able to help me navigate through the process. Service was fast and food was both fresh and hot. Will be returning soon.
I went to kfc today at 6pm 8/3/20 I order two of mon specials get my order I checked gave two thighs crispy over cook I order original stead of them telling me they was out of original chicken they just threw crispy in my box over cook shame on them for not be honest serving me over cook crispy chicken thank God I checked it cause I would of been piss get all way home so I will not go back to this location bad Customer service and not honest and just giving customers anything m so done who ever general manger need to get a n... read more
