Waited 30 extra minutes in the lobby while they played 10 year old "trap music" at near max volume, listened to them cuss each other out the whole time, while they told me my order would be ready in "2 minutes man" just to get home and have half a container of mac&cheese, and cold chicken. For a place with that man 20-30+ year old men working there id except a little more professionalism.
The food sucked and service
Great customer service & friendly .
Horrible place to stop. I waited 20 miutes for a famous bowl to go and then they just handed it me. no bag, no napkins. the dude behind the counter was nice but his pants were hanging low and his underwear was exposed. who wants to see that in a dining atmosphere? there was all sorts of stuff on the floor behind the counter and nobody bothered to pick it up, including a woman who said she was the district manager.
