I was in Fort Madison today. I seen the KFC and thought I will stop in, I haven't had this in a while. I made it to the door. Never in my life and I am in my 60s, have I ever seen an entrance door to any business as filthy as that one. It wasn't one afternoon build up. I arrived just after noon. The new store manager is doing a great job at bringing this place back up to par. Great food and service.
Took me forty two minutes to get to the drive through window. Trying to be patient knowing they were sort handed. But, what I felt like was we were inconveniencing them. Finally made it to the drive through window and waited another 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. After receiving our food for the third wednesday in a row, we discovered that our food was wrong when we got home. Hope they can get the issue fixed. We probably won't go back.
The lady was so rude and they weren't short staffed. They didn't make the right at all. My soft shell tacos aren't supposed to have tomatoes on them.
