Horrible people don't do there job never have food ready and when you say you will wait they say they don't have it fire the whole store and start over
Have 2 wait 30 minutes for a 12 piece family meal and 3 sides wth. This used to be fast and now I don't want to come here after work and wait a half hour for food when I could just be at home. Don't go here if you want to be sitting and waiting
Very good food. Very OVERPRICED
The service is not the greatest and the wait time on getting food whether you're a delivery person or getting it for yourself is ridiculous. There is absolutely no reason other than dropping chicken to be cooked, should anybody in the lobby or drive-thru wait 10 plus minutes to get the order. It doesn't matter what time of the day or evening, whether they are slow or busy, they are always slow moving.
