Ordered through the app a simple $20 bucket 4 sides. Waited for over 25 minutes for the order and then get seated at the dinner table and all sides were incorrect. Including sauces. Honestly, how hard is it to look at a screen and make an order correct??
Ordered a couple chicken twist wraps with bacon, which was on the receipt and received no bacon. So I try to call KFC and the phone rang for over 10 minutes. Very bad experience.
