Ordered a bucket of chicken with meal. I grabbed a piece of chicken only to bite into a big wad of dark hair! I called and they just said thank you. No money back, no apology, and I suggest everyone look in their chicken before vomiting up who knows what! I will never go back again! Bad service,bad food, and a waste of money and time!
Had to wait over twenty minutes to get the original chicken which I get because it takes a while to make but when I got home which is five minutes away with my food, the wedges were so old it’s ridiculous and the Mac and cheese was not even half filled up and the tenders were old too. Total letdown after having to wait on the original I was hoping for the decency of everything else to at least be somewhat fresh too because I spent almost $100 on this and over half of it isn’t even worth eating. Won’t be returning.
