Hot wings were so old they were dried out. Called spoke to manager and he said he couldn’t keep watch over everything that goes out.
At first, I was really surprised to see such a low rating for this KFC location. I honestly expected a much better experience based on the brand reputation. However, after my visit, I realized why the reviews might not be that high. The quality of the food definitely left a lot to be desired. The first experience was amazing the young man with the locs was very polite and the young lady manager was very respectful (with the long braids) the food was good.
