Ever since the manager was replaced with mayra the restaurant has gone to hell. Its always under staffed, employees always get things wrong, the lobby is always dirty, no soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms, and bathrooms are gross. Just get some chicken from city market deli its probably cleaner and taste way better.
The manager has an attitude for no reason. He was very rude. We ordered tenders and I’m certain that he went back and found the smallest tenders he could find. I thought they were nuggets at first. Very poor experience.
The guys at the drive-through window were very nice.
Ordered the famous bowl and a lemon cake from the counter to eat in. Order was bagged to go minus the lemon cake. I had to ask three people to get it for me. The chicken in the famous bowl tasted like rubber and had the same texture as it. If I could give less than one star I would. Bad service, bad food, go anywhere else.
