Extremely dirty restrooms. The lights were out in the women's so it couldn't be used. Ordered smaller boxes and got charged for the larger ones. They even charged us for an extra one that I didn't catch in time. Would never stop here again and would recommend others stay away.
I don't know why I even keep giving this place a chance. They're always out of stuff and they never have kids meal drinks, besides the one guy with the big beard. Everyone else is borderline useless. It's sad that this is the best we can do in Newton, and I'm just talking about the KFC side of things. The Taco Bell is a joke itself
We normally dont have any issues with our food. There is sometimes a wait but I dont mind, bc the food be fresh. But one night I was waiting and my daughter who is 5 with AutDHD had to use the restroom. Going in was good but coming out.... she cut up bad bc she wanted a fountain drink that I needed to pay for first... but she had no understanding whatsoever!!!! Ms. Rosie came from around the corner and not only helped me calm her down but she walked us to the car and made sure we both got situated. This is what u call custom... read more
