Went to get a what I thought was gonna be a quick hot dinner after a long day of working ended up being 24 dollars and I had to wait for over 15 minutes got no straws had a bag of fries missing food was extremely cold not worth the money or time! Bad portions! Now here I go warming the food up and making more food!
Wonder why they have no customers… no chicken ready. Second time I have tried to eat there and same excuse. Who wants to wait 40 minutes
We got our food through the drive thru. We got only 1 item as we had ordered it. My tenders were over done and dried out. My biscuit had to be put in the microwave to melt room temperature butter. I ordered mashed potatoes and got coleslaw. I ordered diet Dr. Pepper, and got diet Pepsi. I then decided to do their feedback survey, but it's not the correct info on the receipt to get there. Just over a week ago, I was missing 3 pieces of chicken and a large mashed potato with gravy from my order. Tonight, I went in to get what was missing only to be told that I needed to come back the same day. Considering I live 45 minutes from Duncan, where my office is that wasn't going to happen and I told the manager in charge that.
