Why can I never get my order correct when I order on door dash? I didn't get any of my dipping sauces for the nuggets or tenders ordered. Tenders were spicy instead of regular, and I didn't get any utensils for the sides.
Definitely a hit or miss. I came through last week and was told the biscuits were in the oven and I needed to pull around. No big deal. I waited 12 minutes before my food came out and they never even gave me any biscuits. So I basically waited for my sandwich and fries to get cold and paid for a biscuit I never received. This isn’t the first time and I doubt it is the last that I will have an issue. Probably will do the intelligent thing and no go again to this location.
Door dash from here multiple times when i’m in town for work, food always fast and fresh
I did an online order and when it told me my order was ready, I went to pick up. Only to be told that my wings were frozen and there was nothing they could do. I was told to go back on the app for a refund. Now the app says no one is available to assist me with that. Total crap! I'd been fine with just some chicken to make up for the order. Now I have no wings and it charged me card anyway.
terrible its Tues. 8 pc chicken for 10 dollars but there out of chicken and have zero customers. 20 minute wait for chicken. drove to get here for chicken but there out of chicken snd they sell chicken. i will never ever go back here. terrible place that needs to do much better
