Started out great in drive thru with up sales and then everything just got worse. Had to wait for 20mins (only car in the line) for a 24 piece nuggets with two large sides and the sides were really small portions. Looked in bag to see if everything was there didn't see biscuits or plates we asked for,went in and ask for them got to destination to find out we never got the nuggets in the bag that was brought out to us. We did call to let them know they did tell us we could come back to get them.
Took 30 minutes to get our food and they skipped over the people inside over and over. The restaurant was filthy and the restrooms were disgusting. All that for subpar food. Never again.
Please clean the restrooms, they smell like the restrooms at county fair. Update: Two years later and they are even worse. Smells like an open sewage in the women's and fish in the men's. I couldn't stay in the women's so I used the men's. Health department needs to be made aware cuz this is a health issue now.
One of the worst places in Duncan.
DON'T GO HERE !!!!! DON'T GO HERE ! DON'T GO HERE !!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!! THEY NEVER HAVE ANY CHICKEN READY. GET READY FOR A LONG WAIT !!!!! A 40 MINUTE WAIT AT LEAST. AND 90% OF THE ORDERS ARE WRONG. THEY DON'T CARE. THE MUSIC THEY PLAY IS AWEFUL AND LOUD. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.
