The chicken was so overcooked and dry breading has tons of pepper. Went in trash.sides were ok so one star
Arrive around 1 pm Friday afternoon, to go order. Couple of staff were talking about other staff members being lazy. The person who took my order was very nice and informative. The person who brought my food over ask about the order I said yes thank you. She did not respond just put the bag on the counter and resumed her conversation. My food was cold. My husbands was palatable. That is the third time. I am done with that location. It seems like KFC quality just gets worse.
This is the picture of a 20 piece nugget bucket off of kfc app. The other picture is what I paid 8 bucks for. I get they enhance pictures to sell food, but this is a little ridiculous. Ordered my food online, picked up 10 minutes later, very fast and friendly, but the food was cold or very old as soon as I got it. Nothing that's unfixable, but would appreciate a better meal the next time I spend 30 bucks.
The manager was rude and I watched as one of the works in front of the manager slide raw chicken in a pan across the floor. This happened in Shelby at KFC
