Well where do I start. I ordered a 8 piece managers special "build a bucket". It was truly "special" it was all thighs and two individual coleslaw and two individual mashed potatoes and gravy. Unfortunately that's not what I was lead to believe would be the serving sizes. On an upside we did get all the biscuits. But unfortunately we only got 6 pieces of chicken thighs in one bucket and seven thighs in the other bucket. 8+8 =16. 6+7=13 I know they teach new math in school. But they need to be able to count all the way to 10.... read more

Employees were nice. That's the only good thing I can say. Tables are always filthy. My chicken was dry and disgusting. My husband got the $9 snackers meal and it comes with fries, he only had 4 fries at the bottom of his box. You can only give a place so many chances before you stop going all together. Every time we come here it's horrendous.

This is one of those KFC and Taco Bell in one store. Prices on the menu don't match the price I was charged. The Taco Bell app wouldn't let me order at this location. I could tell that there were multiple employees on the shift, but only two were actively trying to help the drive thru and lobby customers. Multiple customers said they had been waiting for 20-45 minutes. Our KFC order didn't match what we paid for and some of it was really old or maybe fried twice.
