This was an online order from the parking lot outside the KFC store. I ordered over $40 dollars of chicken and got an 8 piece chicken tenders free. Got home and all of the pieces in my 12pc bucket was so overcooked that you couldn’t chew it apart. It was crazy. I kept trying piece after piece. The only morsel’s I got was gnawing tiny pieces of the bone itself. I’ve eaten KFC all my life and this kind of thing has never happened to me. This is egregious serving this to a customer. Haven't been to KFC in years, saw some Ads that looked really good. So I thought I'd give it a try and boy, was I disappointed. We ordered spicy chicken strips, got regular. The biscuits were so dry, they crumbled in your hand and they were crunchy as you ate them.
