The atmosphere here is absolutely terrible. Along with the other reviews about the bad chicken, i went there around 10am after my shift at the hospital. If you look at my picture, you can see i got RAW chicken. When i left my house to drive back and complain,I brought this up to the counter, and they kept repeatedly telling me it was because of the marinade of the spicy chicken. I’ve been really disappointed with the way this location has been operating lately. The service can be extremely chaotic, and it seems like the employees are constantly overwhelmed and understaffed. What bothers me most is that the employees often seem to be getting blamed for problems that appear to come from management and staffing issues.
