Manager and staff, are uneducated, and unprofessional. They made 3 mistakes on my order. I showed their mistakes on my receipt, Staff and manager got so angry because they were called out and caught. They are the worst staff. You deserve a -0 in customer service.
They have horrible food bad service horrible management and they are dirty as heck the store is never clean the employees smell bad and food is either over cooked or under cooked the district manager Mike as a bad addititude and shoukd be fire and so do all the managers and crew
Signed up for the Rewards program today. Didn't download the app. I received a $5.00 off discount. I proceeded to order and charge it to my Apple Pay. When I got to the store the young man said that the order must not have gone through. Fair enough. He told me to delete the order on my phone and start over since he was not connected to "The App" and couldn't give the discount. I did that but it caused me to lose the discount ! Stopped in on my lunch break they were super busy bc of the specials on Tuesday, but that didn’t matter I was in and out. The food was amazing and my fries where FRESH!!! Everything I ordered was in the bag!!! My meal was perfect and to top it off the young lady at the window was so sweet!! It’s a joy to have a friendly face!!! Thank you!!!

Haven’t been to a KFC in a really long time. We decided to stop in. The manager Sunny’s was extremely sweet, very up beat and polite. We ordered several different things tenders, chicken and a sandwich everything was fresh and HOT!! We had the best experience at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. Thank you for caring!!
This store messes up orders every time. Food is always cold and chicken tastes like it was cooked the day before . Service is awful bags are rarely double checked so we do it ourselves. Every once in a while if your lucky the biscuits might be fresh but rarely.
Wife in hospital, stoop here to grab something to eat , chicken was hard , dry looked like it had been sitting for over 4-5 hours , biscuits was hard as a rock, mashed potatoes was cold and geacy looked like it had been sitting for a long time it was thick, now I’m in Emergency Room, got sick after eating , they said may be food poisoning waiting for results, will be calling to make a report they need inspection, and maybe some people that speak English and actually care about there job
