We're super disappointed. We ordered the 7 piece double mash and substituted one mash with coleslaw. Coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and biscuits were just as they should be. We weren't given any gravy, just a small container of potatoes with very little gravy. The chicken was the worst. The crispy pieces were over fried, and it looked like the wings and legs were not full pieces but broken ones. It's unbelievable since there are specific instructions and recipes that each franchise has to follow.
Nasty dirty. Waited over a half hour for the food.
Told my order was ready online. Got there and waited an additional 30 minutes, the lady that was there was rude to my kids. They said they gave us extra for waiting so long only to find out my orser was missing multiple items and nothing was "extra" Had to go back and get my order fixed, glad I checked my order before getting too far. Tenders were cold as well. The food gets 3 stars after being fixed. Won't make the mistake of eating here again when visiting mammoth cave.
Friendly professional staff, great quality food. Clean surroundings
Filthy restaurant and bathrooms. Took 45 minutes to get an 8 piece family meal and they were serving guests that arrived after us.
