I honestly like this company but this location has very rude and disrespectful people. Our cashier Maribel was extremely rude and should not be in customer service. When I asked her to please let me have some plates and utensils she said “I don’t have time for that”. It is literally her job to provide the customer with what they need. I really don’t understand why these people are still in business South Pasadena has a nice prestigious name. They need to shut this place down… anyway, I moved to the area in 2024 and moved in 2025 (for other reasons regarding my apartment unit) and moved back into the heart of LA which I’m very happy now but South Pasadena KFC need to be torn down destroyed and put something else there. The customer service at this location is horrible. They were rude and did not acknowledge me after standing in line for a while. This is not the first time, I will not visit this location again.
