The service staffs are so rude! I have 3 orders for pick up and they cancelled 2 of them and only made 1. I tried calling to speak with the manager and the staff keeps hanging up the phone. Ot was a big lady and an old guy and both of them were rude in person. The store itself is dirty! Service is bad! No wonder why the rate of this store os really low.

I honestly like this company but this location has very rude and disrespectful people. Our cashier Maribel was extremely rude and should not be in customer service. When I asked her to please let me have some plates and utensils she said “I don’t have time for that”. It is literally her job to provide the customer with what they need.
