Chicken is cooked well and always fresh, staff seem friendly,but, my KFC favorite is the mashed potatoes and gravy.I had my fiancee ask for two containers of mashed potatoes with a little extra gravy, staff member said the potatoes already come with gravy (well, duh!) and said he would get charged a dollar for extra gravy. Opened both containers and they may have had a half teaspoon or more of gravy in them which is a shame.
