Very disappointing experience at KFC today. I parked in the drive-through area to pick up my order, but the staff said it wasn’t ready and asked me to wait outside. I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes with no update or response from anyone. Poor communication and very slow service. Customers should at least be informed properly instead of being left waiting without any response. it’s for night staff date 5 may timing 9:30 pm
No option for diet soda needed for a type 1 diabetic and was told to get a refund on the app. Of course there is no option for that. 0/10
Ordered the meal with sides, had it delivered found out i was missing one of the sides i ordered. They have a double check on the receipt that was supposed to be signed off, what good is it when they do not double check. Kfc is working on a partial refund. When ordering from this location i would check the bag to make sure they did your order correct.
