I had a great experience at this KFC location, largely thanks to Natalie. From the moment I walked up, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She anticipated everything I needed before I even had to ask. Beyond her exceptional customer care, it was great to see how well she collaborates with her team - her coworkers clearly enjoy working with her, and her positive energy sets the tone for the entire restaurant. It’s rare to see service this thoughtful and upbeat. Natalie truly made my visit a great one!
I did not have a good experience at this KFC location today while picking up my mobile order. I used my TMobile Tuesday deal on the three piece tender combo so I placed my order off the KFC mobile app. When I arrived to the store, they were just about to open so finding parking was easy. When I walked inside, there was another customer waiting to order but workers weren't ready yet. My mobile order was not ready at the time I was told it would be ready. 20 minute wait for a bucket, and at 5pm on Tuesdays special $10 a bucket!!! Super slow service with attitude!
