Ordered the meal with sides, had it delivered found out i was missing one of the sides i ordered. They have a double check on the receipt that was supposed to be signed off, what good is it when they do not double check. Kfc is working on a partial refund. When ordering from this location i would check the bag to make sure they did your order correct.

I'd like this to be recognized in high regards. I've been a healthcare professional for over 20 years, so service is something that stands out to me. Edwin is the employee here at this location that assisted myself and an individual and the special needs community that I support. Edwin showed some of the best support, consideration, empathy, understanding towards everything and anything that made our stay exceptional. i should have driven to Popeyes 2 mins away. I want to like kfc in the USA. Outside especially in Asian kfc is delicious. But unfortunately kfc in USA the chicken is just pig slop it doesn’t taste like chicken. This is supposed to be honey bbq sauce it’s gross. The potato wages are mediocre. The biscuit is ok. So this is my first time buying kfc in at least 10 years and I guess I’ll try again in another 10. Maybe they will have better food.

My dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently experienced. Unfortunately, the service was quite poor, and I noticed that the representatives did not even inquire about my needs or how they could assist me. I believe that improving the attentiveness and responsiveness of your customer service team is essential for providing a better experience for your clients.
