If I could leave zero stars, I would. I placed an online order for pickup, and my confirmation stated that my food would be ready at 9:15 PM. I drove to the restaurant at the scheduled pickup time, only to find the lobby doors already locked, so I proceeded through the drive-thru. While in the drive-thru, I was informed that my order could not be fulfilled because the restaurant had run out of chicken.
