amazingly incompetent. and rude as well. believe it or not as technologically advanced as we are kfc cant take 2 orders from the same car, unless you place 1 order then drive around the building and place order #2 ( i was honestly told that by the rude lady at the drivethru ). needless to say they lost a 60.00 sale and any chance of serving me in the future
This has got to be some of the worst service of all time. After a year of this you would think it would improve on the Taco Bell service. You ask for no sour cream and you get it. You ask for a ranch taco and get a nacho cheese. Instead of putting a 12 pack of crunchy tacos in a box, they put it in a plastic bag and they get broke up. This is why we go out of the way to the Lumberton location from Silsbee. They need to seriously re-train their workers or fire the complete crew (day and night) and start over.
Poor customer service. Food not good.
The Silsbee, TX KFC/Taco Bell has THE worst customer service of any fast food place I've ever visited. The people that work there must share a brain because not one of them can complete a thought on their own. They're rude, unhelpful and will make you wait and wait and wait. Every time I go there, they mess up my order, stop me in the middle and have to start over because they get confused. They never have enough white meat chicken to get a full bucket. The quality of customer service has much room for improvement. During my recent visit to KFC/Taco Bell (Silsbee,Texas) drive thru, I was interrupted twice while attempting to place an order, then when I ask if I could substitute a different type of taco on my order the girl said "YOU CAN'T GET THAT!!!" I ask if I could pay extra to substitute it, her reply was very rude and very abrupt "NO". At this time I decided I did not want to purchase anything from here now, or ever!
