Some of the worst customer service I ever experienced. Went through the drive-through and they told me to pull to the side and they bring out my food. 15 minutes later nobody’s come out nobody has an update and when I asked for a refund that apparently needed to take another 15 minutes. This location needs to be shut down or at least get a whole new staff because that was crazy.
I have literally NEVER waited over an hour for food at KFC, yet here we are. Worst experience to date. Will not be returning.
