Ordered a 3 piece combo and was only given 2 pieces. Called and no one answered! Terrible service!
My wife and I ordered the online exclusive two person meal, once we purchased it the ticket said it would be done at 8:09pm. im still here waiting and its now 8:31pm. Reason was they supposedly didnt have any regular chicken available. So despite me ordering online I am not here waiting for about 30-40 minutes on just 5 wings, 2 mash potatoes and 2 drinks...while I keep seeing them putting out order for the drive through several times.....so where is my food? The spicy chicken sandwich, cole slaw and biscuits are second to none.
8-15-25 ... Chicken was soggy tasted like old grease, dark like it had been reheated at least 2 or 3 times already. Get it together and do your job right
I purchased some chicken tenders today at KFC later to find out at home that it had a rubber texture to it, it was cold and had no flavor and plus they forgot to give me sauce! Extremely upset and will never return never ever ever ever!!!
