Getting expensive.
No one was taking my order so I had to use the kiosk, well it seems as if I never received my order. So yeah that sucks
W I haven't eaten here in years was thinking about it but looked at those crazy prices for a family meal and all I can say is nice knowing you KFC u r going down ain't no way this business will be around much longer what a shame
I’ve resigned myself to the system of ordering from a kiosk because that’s the new norm. So when Harvey said he’d take my order, I joked “from a human?!” He continued friendly and efficient interaction while taking the order, and showed his ability to read the customer when he added to my list of why I prefer a person taking my order, “and you have someone to blame if the order is wrong”. I visit this KFC quite often and I would say that the service and food is consistently good. The young male cashiers are always very friendly, very helpful and take care of my order rather quickly.
