I'm a former employee and if you knew like I do you wouldn't eat there...the general manager is rude, unprofessional and not qualified to be a general manager....always running out of food when they do have it..and she doesn't respect the employees
Location is the worse. Whole staff needs an over-haul. How do you constantly get the orders wrong? And i do mean every time. I know we in fast food, but at least try to show you care, i'm spending my money.
I ordered the $7 meal. The young lady that took my order had awesome customer service. My tenders was the size of my fingers 🤏 The apple bites they give were cold and hard. The tenders taste straight like pepper . I got to the last bite of my Mac and cheese , flipped it over and it was a piece of hair. By the grace of GOD I was able to see it before I ate it. Never returning again!
This location needs to go. It makes zero sense for them to still be open. When it was tacobell/kfc i understood although the staff was still trash, but there was more traffic which in turn made for faster or more dedicated employees. The resturaunt is slow 90 percent of the day so i literally sat at the drive thru mic for 3 minutes before someone answered. On top of that, with it being ao slow, they dont make fresh batches of anything anywhere near enough. Personally the southside needs to see something new here
