I gave it a 2/5 because they did not have honey packets and I really wanted a honey packet to eat with my chicken
Stood at register for 5 minutes without being acknowledged until I could order even though I was the only one in line. Store was clean and food was good but chicken is a little wet/rubbery but that's a US thing unlike Japan's KFCs
They don't care about customers and make them wait for long time. They talk badly.
