dropped my drink outside, went in and they gave me another. very kind people and wonderful food
Great food as always but the hospitality was tremendous, even though it only took 15 minutes for all fresh food they gave us a free drink as compensation, the cashier Jerome solved all of our issues with ease and management was on point especially the guy with the beautiful dreads. Highly recommend this kfc :)
I have had an absolutely outstanding experience at this location. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant is spotless, fantastic music over the PA system, and I have to mention the young man named Jerome is outstanding in customer service and is incredibly helpful. As well as management provided free drinks for the short wait time which is more than reasonable for the fantastic quality of food we received.
Terrible customer service from the management to the employees 😡
