They have never gotten an order completely correct out of every visit I’ve had here. They consistently mess things up, and are never willing to take accountability.
Placed an order in the app for Nashville hot chicken tenders, fries and ranch dressing. Waited 30 minutes and went through the drive thru to pick up, let them know I was there for my order at the speaker. Upon getting my order, I went and pulled off into a parking spot to check the accuracy. There were no sauces in the bag and my tenders were plain. This is so bad of a restaurant. They forgot a food item and then i called them 5 times and they dont pick up. I would personally fire each of the employees here. The franchisee should fire them all Not the first time Will be the last
Servicio pesimo es una malcriada la encargada de aqui, reclame por que me dieron el pollo crudo y me trato mal que le enseñara el pollo y luego me miro mal. En fin me entrego las presas mas feas y mas pequeñas con atitudes. No tiene tacto le falta demasiado la atencion al cliente. Un cliente menos.. no vuelvo!!!
