I have visited this location a handful of times over the past few years and always had a good experience. Today, service was fine and the food was tasty. Halfway through eating is where the story took a turn. I want to preface this review by saying this does not reflect on everyone working. The gentleman who rang us up was very attentive to the guests as well as restocking. First, 2 employees were at the entrance smoking as guests were walking in. The seat was sticky where I sat, I said something they did not remedy. Outfit was ruined. Food was good though
Took 10 minutes for a person to come to counter to take order. Had to cancel after food still had not come after 30 minutes. This is for the KFC.
