Second time we've eaten there and didn't receive our order we paid for. First time they ripped us off a large Mac and cheese. Today they replaced the large Mac and cheese with a small and didn't give us our chicken pot pie and refuse to answer the phone when they don't close for 45 more min. The KFC in Rockland sucks. Very disappointed!!! We live in Appleton so we can't just run over and get our food so, I guess I don't eat tonight.
Ordered food went home half my stuff wasn't there. Went back and they were closed up early not a sole around. I've called and email and they won't even respond but they will steal my money. Wish we can give negative stars cause they don't even deserve a 1 star rating. Update got a response they are going to send me a voucher for a free meal but refuse to refund me my money. The voucher is less then my food cost. You should just rethink customer service response.
I ordered a 12pc family meal at the Rockland kfc tonight. The young lady who took my order was extremely rude and condescending. I wasnt offered my choice of slides or asked if there was anything else. I had to ask her exactly what 3 slides was i getting for my slides. I had to tell her i wasnt finished. The lady who handed me my food was very nice. However, we received no butter for the biscuits and no setups or napkins. It will be a long time before i go back😞
