Placed an order on the app said 20-30 mins, got they when the app said it was ready, got there they hadn't even started the order yet....had to wait over an hour, then was told they had to make 2 more pot pies ready in 8 mins....waited 20 mins more still not ready, manager kept telling me it was coming.....never again!

KFC just keeps getting worse and worse. Not only are their portions, smaller and their prices are way more than they were before. But I tried to ask a question about chicken, and this woman skipped over to the sides and just started reading off all the sides to me. And when I told her, I had a question about the chicken, she just started talking over me. So I just told him I didn't care. And I got what I thought I wanted, and hopefully it'll be okay. But I don't think I'll be going back
Every person that works there seems to very incompetent like every time I go like everything gets lost in translation. The manager works at KFC but doesn’t know his chicken.. Jesus fix it or close it
