This KFC visit was disappointing. The chicken was undercooked and pink, which is unacceptable. The mashed potatoes were bland and tasted terrible, and the mac and cheese tasted like something you’d buy prepackaged at the store—definitely not what I expected from a fast-food restaurant. The only saving grace was the drink, which was decent. Honestly, I won’t be coming back.

We had a really nice experience at the KFC in Santa Barbara. Right off the bat, the owner or manager came out to bring our food to the table himself. He did not need to bring to the table for a fast food store. That personal touch is not something you see a lot these days, and it made the whole meal feel more welcoming. Feeding a family of six can be pricey, especially in Santa Barbara. So finding a place where we could all sit down, enjoy a hot meal, and stay on budget? That was a win. Best KFC..the Old guy would be proud of this store. Clean and sunny..nice service and well prepared food. Great prices....$5$ pot pie and $8 meal deals.
