I was told to get the app so i could get a better price. NONE of the employees offered to help, except for 1 new employee who called the mgr. She was USELESS!!! I signed up & recv'd a "code" to enter online, but did not have any options to do so. Kept trying to explain to mgr & she kept saying she has "nonthing to do w/app!?!?" She said only in store she could help, so i asked HOW do i get THAT coupon?? She said they don't have any!?!? She did NOTHING to even try to help! :((( i will never come back to KFC AGAIN!!!!! :((((
I was at work in irvine and accidently made an order for this spot since i live right behind the promenade, so i called to cancel the order and they didnt answer for about 20minutes. When they finally answered they said they couldnt cancel the order since it was done already. I asked for a refund since i wouldnt be able to pick it up and they said i would have to call my bank and get it back from them. The staff was excellent. A young lady helped me with my order and went up and beyond to accommodate me we’ll go back.!!
