Worst experience I've ever had at a KFC. Went in to pick up a mobile order. Waited for what felt like 5 minutes for someone to come to up front to even knowledge us. When asked what we were there for, we said to pick up a mobile order. The women rolled her eyes so hard then asked for the name. Basically slammed the bags on the counter. Worst customer service ever. 10/10 do not recommend.
This isn't our usual KFC. We ordered the usual item but found the chicken a bit too over-cooked and dry. There were few people inside - mostly take out. One employee needed the unisex restroom and yelled at the occupant to exit. Back and forth words were exchanged then the woman occupant cursed as she left. This could have been handled better.
