Quick and easy. Typical KFC experience.
Placed order on DoorDash . When we went to pickup order they had ran out of chicken. In addition they were short staffed. No one available to make chicken.
Not disabled friendly. When doing online orders they always forget drinks or when you do buy one get one free they forget the free items. Big hassle to get it fix
Cashier Hispanic lady named 1#Arsedi I’m sure I spelled it wrong was very nice with a nice smile .The black women (delisha )that cooks the food don’t know how to respond back when someone says thank u to her she very depress looking and rude manner.2nd time she slammed food on counter.
Every time I go here there is something they are out of. How can a KFC be put of chicken or biscuits...ever. You should have to wait because the workers are instructed to not make more food when they think its slow. And a manager out of town. Hmm. I waited for the biscuits and they were not even fully baked. Nor and offer of anything for the inconvenience. Totally unprofessional!!!
