Equipment out of order means Yup I blame myself but I was hungry. Undercooked, broken equipment and a bad case of diarrhea. I told the manager but he insisted it was ok.
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was just pure laziness and lack of care. I specifically asked for utensils THREE separate times — when I placed the order, when I picked it up, and even reminded the worker again before walking out. And guess what? No utensils in the bag. How hard is it to do the one thing a customer politely asks for multiple times? It shows a complete lack of attention and professionalism.
