Equipment out of order means Yup I blame myself but I was hungry. Undercooked, broken equipment and a bad case of diarrhea. I told the manager but he insisted it was ok.
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was just pure laziness and lack of care. I specifically asked for utensils THREE separate times — when I placed the order, when I picked it up, and even reminded the worker again before walking out. And guess what? No utensils in the bag. How hard is it to do the one thing a customer politely asks for multiple times? It shows a complete lack of attention and professionalism. Good service, easy access.
The chicken wasn't cooked correctly is heavily greased and in my order they forgot my three sides when they call back to ask him what happened ridiculous they can't even have somebody send it to my house or whatever or don't they have like delivery services that deliver their food that's what they should have done instead of get the runaround. Here's another restaurant that I will not be venturing to for the next year they're on my list as poor service poor food and poor customer service
Super over priced, bad service, and awful food. We weren't even asked what kind of chicken we wanted. The cashier even tried to short change us by $10. To add insult to injury, after spending more than $50, the chicken was gross (salty, dripping in grease, soggy breading falling off, some pieces of chicken had chunks of chicken missing), the mashed potatoes and gravy weren't good (and also super salty), and the biscuits were undercooked (and also very salty). Very disappointing. My family and I won't be back.
